The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our expanding product design team and play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional digital experiences on the Tezos blockchain.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end product design across mobile and web applications, websites, and other ecosystem tools. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Design Lead, Product, Engineering, DeFi, Marketing and Community teams to craft intuitive, elegant, and user-centred solutions that empower our users and accelerate ecosystem growth.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the design of end-to-end experiences across web and mobile products - from research and discovery to concept, delivery, and iteration.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Community) to define scope, user needs, and product direction.

  • Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that are both functional and visually compelling.

  • Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring visual and UX consistency across all products.

  • Champion human-centred design - conducting and synthesizing user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

  • Support engineers during implementation and advocate for design integrity throughout the build process.
