The position

We are looking for a digital marketer to manage our digital marketing channels together with the performance marketing manager and other marketers. 

 

You are responsible for the day-to-day operations and optimizations of your marketing channel(s), ensuring that this/these channels bring as many interested people as possible to our website. Initially you will start by managing the Google Ads account for our personal loans division, with the support of the performance marketing manager. However, thanks to our flat hierarchy, and lean structure, you will quickly get to work on other channels and tools too. Your task is to ensure the smooth delivery of our ads, whilst making sure that your team reaches its KPI’s. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies such as search engine marketing, display, social media, email marketing and more
  • Find new angles to reach the right consumer at the right time with the right message in our Facebook ads
  • Write great ad copy to optimize and expand our current Google AdWords and Bing campaigns
  • Initiate concept creation and manage the display ad creation process with the graphic designer
  • Own and analyze the results of your new copy & creatives and uncover new opportunities for A/B testing in a data-driven way
  • Spot and test new digital advertising opportunities through knowledge of the latest industry initiatives

Requirements and skill set:

  • Native level French and/or Flemish, fluent in English (written and orally)
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience within advertising, digital marketing or similar
  • Proven experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing.
  • Organized and structured, eye for detail and quality, strong communicator, team player, innovative, ambitious, curious, ready to take responsibility for your own results
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, ideally with a first experience in managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting with a commercial and creative flair as well as an eye for design
  • Not afraid of working with data and spreadsheets
  • Curious about the financial services sector
