Summary 

The PMO Sr. Manager is a key member of the COO leadership team and is responsible for directing and overseeing the organization's portfolio of projects and performance. Responsible for managing budget, team leadership and cross-functional collaboration, and  risk management/mitigation. We are seeking someone who is well versed in leading through influence, building relationships, gaining trust, innovating, and driving process improvements.  Must be able to lead some programs as well as manage the small PMO.

Essential Functions


Operations:

  • Aligns operational programs and strategies to assist the organization in meeting goals and objectives efficiently.
  • Monitors and analyzes performance metrics and summarizes operational data.
  • Approves and allocates resources based on business priorities.
  • Coordinates with leadership staff to assess and ensure performance growth.

Program Management:

  • Responsible for PM of some programs while leading the PMO (hands on role)
  • Develops and directs project management operations and strategic planning to meet organizational goals.
  • Provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery.
  • Develops project scope, budget, and schedules; and assures projects meet the organization's strategic objectives, performance targets, and needs.
  • Prioritizes and determines capacity for company-wide current and future projects.
  • Establishes measures to set productivity and quality targets and to assess results for all projects.
  • Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions.

Pay Range
$130,000$175,000 USD

You must be able to connect to a reliable internet service to perform all job duties when working from home. Work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

This is a hybrid role, with some days remote and some days on-site (typically 3 per week) in our office at 9127 S. Jamaica St., Englewood, CO 80112. When working in the office, we follow CDC guidelines.
