What You’ll Be Doing

Creative Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers and writers to deliver exceptional creative work.

  • Set the creative vision for projects and ensure alignment with client goals, brand standards, and strategic objectives.

  • Work closely with the Executive Creative Director and other Creative Directors to ensure creative cohesion across all projects.

  • Hands-On Design

  • Actively contribute to design work, creating concepts, visuals, and prototypes for digital and experiential campaigns.

  • Maintain a high standard of design and execution while staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Provide feedback and guidance to your team to refine and elevate their work.

  • Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with the strategy team to develop insights-driven creative solutions that address client challenges.

  • Collaborate with production, development, and account teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to delivery.

  • Present ideas and campaigns to clients, effectively communicating the creative vision and strategic rationale behind the work.

  • Project Oversight

  • Oversee the creative process for digital and experiential projects, including websites, apps, AR/VR experiences, installations, activations, and more.
