The Position:

Placements.io is building the operating system for modern media revenue teams. As we continue to scale our platform and invest in AI-powered capabilities, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive product strategy and execution across core initiatives—particularly those leveraging LLMs and generative AI.

This role is based in the NYC metro area and will partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful, enterprise-grade B2B SaaS products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for AI- and LLM-powered features

  • Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear product requirements

  • Lead product discovery efforts, including user research, customer interviews, and data analysis

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver high-quality solutions

  • Prioritize initiatives and make thoughtful tradeoffs to maximize customer and business impact

  • Define success metrics and continuously evaluate product performance

  • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership


Qualifications:

  • 4–10 years of total professional experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience

  • Currently (or recently) operating as a Product Manager or Product Lead

  • Direct, hands-on experience building or managing LLM- or AI-powered products

Compensation:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected base salary range for this role in the selected cities:

New York, NY - $180,000 - $200,000 USD
