We are seeking a detail-oriented, business-savvy Contract Manager to oversee the drafting, negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts with customers, vendors, and partners. The Contract Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders (attorneys, procurement, sales, finance, compliance, and operations) to ensure agreements support our business objectives, advance our mission, smartly manage risk, and are executed efficiently. What Your Day will Look Like

  • Review, draft, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., service agreements, vendor contracts, licensing, nondisclosure agreements).

  • Negotiate contract terms that achieve business needs while managing risk in a manner appropriate given the opportunity.

  • Maintain a contract repository, track key deadlines, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, operations, and finance teams to support deal review, pricing, and approvals.

  • Develop and maintain standardized templates, playbooks, and processes for contract management.

  • Monitor and report on contract performance, risks, and obligations.

Required Qualifications
