The Role:

We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our engineering and delivery operations in Ahmedabad. This individual will oversee a growing team of 25–30+ engineers across multiple technical domains and will be accountable for ensuring the successful, high-quality delivery of projects for US-based clients. The ideal candidate is a technology delivery leader with strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating across time zones, and driving process excellence within a consulting or client-services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Leadership – Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope alignment.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication – Act as the point of coordination between the India team and US-based clients, account managers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Team Management – Mentor and manage engineering, QA, project management, and DevOps teams; foster a high-performance culture.
  • Project Governance – Oversee sprint planning, scrum ceremonies, and delivery reporting; maintain project documentation.
  • Resource Planning – Manage team capacity, project staffing, and skills alignment across multiple engagements.
  • Operational Excellence – Define and implement delivery best practices, KPIs, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Talent Development – Lead recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling efforts to scale the delivery organization.
