About the opportunity 

In this position, you will be a key contributor to our financial operations. You will ensure high-quality financial data management using NetSuite and provide critical support to the Head of Finance CEE. This is an ideal role for an accountant with 3–5 years of experience who thrives in a tech-forward, international environment.

 

What will you do?

  • Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and compliant with local standards.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes within NetSuite.
  • Assist in the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing procedures.
  • Perform detailed bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
  • Prepare mandatory tax filings (VAT, VIES, SAF-T etc.) and ensure compliance with Romanian fiscal regulations.
  • Support the Head of Finance CEE with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
  • Continuously optimize NetSuite workflows to increase departmental efficiency.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of solid accounting experience.
  • Software: Proven proficiency in NetSuite ERP (mandatory) and Advanced Excel.
  • Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field. CECCAR certification is a plus.
