Primary Purpose:

This junior role supports the Ecommerce Manager at Tapestry ANZ across the Coach and Kate Spade websites in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be responsible to design and optimise onsite experiences, deliver strong UX/UI, improve key shopping journeys, and enhance overall site performance across our brand sites and select marketplaces.

Your skills and attributes:

  • Maintain and optimise the day‑to‑day user experience and interface quality across Coach and Kate Spade websites, ensuring pages are visually consistent, intuitive, and optimised for conversion.
  • Continuously optimise homepage, campaign landing pages, PLPs and PDPs to improve discoverability, product understanding, and conversion outcomes.
  • Analyse onsite behaviour using Quantum Metric (session replays, heatmaps, error detection, journey analysis) to identify friction points and propose UX/UI improvements.
  • Maintain and develop component libraries, templates, and reusable design elements within Amplience to support a scalable design system.
  • Elevate product presentation by designing improved product templates, information structures, image displays, and feature sections that support engagement and conversion
  • Conduct regular UX-focused UAT and end‑to‑end testing of website developments to validate interaction behaviour, layout accuracy and responsiveness

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Design, or a related discipline preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, digital experience design, UX/UI or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions to both creative and non‑design stakeholders
  • Confident team player able to work effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Capable of managing multiple design and content projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to shifting business and brand priorities.
