Logistics Specialist Support Center

As the Logistics Specialist you will be focused on supporting daily routing operations and inventory performance across the company by executing efficient well planned logistics processes that ensure dependable service and operational excellence.

This role includes

• Supporting daily routing operations including onboarding new customer locations into existing route plans
• Maintaining and optimizing routes by removing closed locations updating ownership changes and adjusting for seasonal customers
• Evaluating and coordinating route change requests from field leaders and overseeing approved modifications
• Managing inventory levels at 3PL locations by monitoring stock levels and delivery schedules
• Reconciling credit claims with 3PL partners to resolve inventory variances and product damage
• Supporting product quality processes including documentation collection validation of reported issues and coordination of credits
• Coordinating inter district product and equipment transfers as needed
• Providing technical and administrative logistics support to Operations and Sales teams
• Assisting with temporary operational backfill to ensure continuous district level support
• Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and supporting best in class workflows

What does the role require

• 2 plus years of experience in routing dispatch logistics inventory control or a related field preferred
• High School diploma required Additional education in logistics operations or a related field preferred
• Experience working with routing or territory planning software preferred OmniTracs Territory Planner a plus
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with field leaders vendors and internal partners

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be at least 21 years old
