About the Role

As a People Operations Generalist at Synthflow, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of our people processes— ensuring that everything from onboarding to offboarding runs smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. You’ll be the go-to person for all things People Ops, combining hands-on execution with process improvement and automation.

What You’ll Do

  • Run the employee lifecycle end-to-end: onboarding, contract management, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and offboarding.

  • Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers on people operations, policy, and process questions.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or similar roles, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience running payroll processes across multiple countries (Germany, UK, and the Netherlands), including vendor coordination and reconciliation.

  • Strong understanding of different employment types and contract structures (full-time, freelance, fixed-term, working student) and how they impact payroll, compliance, and benefits.
