The GDS (Global Delta Specials) development team is responsible for developing and maintaining trading technologies that help improve the GDS desk trading efficiency and profitability. The technologies are an essential part of the desk trading that cover exchanges in Asia from Japan to India. The technologies focus on efficiently processing and monitoring market activities, quickly making trading decisions and smartly execute trading decisions. What you’ll do 

  • Work closely with traders and other engineers on developing high performance C# distributed, server-based and front-end trading systems. 
  • Work closely with quantitative researchers on implementing trading models and signals. 
  • Work closely across other technology teams to developed integrated technical solutions for trading. 

 


What we're looking for
  • Tertiary education in Computer Science, a related field or experience in building complex computer systems. 
  • 2+ years of professional C# or similar development experience. 
  • Experience in or a strong interest in working on Financial Trading Systems. 
  • Any experience with web services, distributed systems or cloud technologies beneficial. 
  • Any experience or an interest in working with Linux, Python or C++ beneficial. 
  • Any experience or an interest in working with in WPF or other user interface technologies beneficial.
