Key Objectives:
Design and launch eucalyptus farming operations from raw land
Select eucalyptus species appropriate for local climate and soil conditions
Design planting density, irrigation, fertilization, and maintenance plans
Model yields, survival rates, and costs per hectare
Build nursery, planting, and ongoing maintenance workflows
Hire and manage local farm labor
Work with leadership to plan capex and long-term agricultural economics
Reduce risk related to pests, disease, and climate variability

Requirements:
This is an on-site role in Monterrey, Nuevo León
Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field
Direct experience with tree crops or long-cycle crops such as eucalyptus, forestry, citrus, avocado, pine, or similar
Strong operational mindset with hands-on field experience
Comfortable managing farm labor and on-site execution
Strong with numbers and basic modeling of yields and costs
