Role specifics:

Sales Execution

  • 100% of your leads are inbound–either through marketing channels (demo request, cart abandon, etc) or sourced and booked by a BDR

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal, with average deal sizes ranging from $2,000 to $25,000 annually

  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing how Skimmer's features solve specific pain points for pool service businesses

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects while achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets

  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals with pool service company owners and decision-makers

Requirements

  • Full-cycle (qualifying to closing) B2B SaaS sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus) and sales enablement tools

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management, listening, and organizational skills
