About the Position

The purpose of the Clinical Patient Content Creator (CPCC) is to build patient-facing digital interfaces enabling clinical trial patients/caregivers to connect with investigator sites

easily and effectively.You will collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the target patient population and requirements for each clinical trial prior to customizing the build. You will

use both creative and technical expertise to develop digital interfaces that are not only functional but promote patient engagement.You will be expected to maintain updated knowledge of new and emerging industry trends and digital initiatives and apply them into operations and activities

whenever possible.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with early planning stakeholders including the PRRL”s,Global and Local Innovation Leads Global Study Teams and local study teams (COSL) to build of website design and other digital initiatives

  • Design and build the core website/prescreener for studies and create linked infrastructure for each country/language.   

  • Manage Questions/concerns from study teams regarding platforms.

  • Collaborate with external vendors for build questions and translation. 

  • Collaborate directly with CSU Study Teams (COSCLs) regarding user training, access management, updated site contact lists and patient flow from website to local site.

  • Provide consistent reports on referrals (to be housed centrally and communicated at LTT meetings)

  • Support to track/measure patient interactions and digital engagement (i.e. number of clicks) and outcome (i.e. patients screened, randomized) globally/overall

  • Interpret data and provide quality feedback and lessons learned to involved teams including real patient (user) experience feedback of digital interface

Knowledge and skills

  • At least intermediate Risk Management skills, including proactively measure & assess/map risk triggers (Risks‐Probability‐Impact): Threats & Opportunities

  • At least intermediate Project Management skills, i.e. works independently most of the time. Can effectively meet or apply required standards. Stakeholder

  • Management (mapping, knowing and engaging). At least advanced Digital & Data Analytics skills

  • Previous experience designing and developing websites

  • At least intermediate in medical/scientific background and disease knowledge, i.e. disease understanding (disease itself, diagnosis, therapeutic options,

About You

  • Fluent (verbal and written) in English

  • Additional skills such as prior experience with iConnect online platform, usability expertise, graphic design skills. and experience in web development technologies (such as HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) are real added values
