How you make a difference
As Senior Category Manager E-Store Mobile, you own the commercial, strategic and digital performance of the Mobile category on Samsung.com for the Benelux market. You define and execute the category strategy that elevates our smartphones, tablets, wearables and accessories sales, and together with the digital team you ensure the online journey stands out from first click to checkout.

You operate as a senior member within the E-Store Mobile team. You balance sharp analysis with strong execution. You translate data, market insights and customer behaviour into category plans that drive conversion, revenue and long-term brand impact. Your mindset is future-focused, your approach is structured and your decisions are grounded in insights.

You work closely with Supply Chain, Digital Marketing, Mobile Division, Corporate Marketing, Logistics and Commercial Finance to deliver a seamless and high-performing online experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defining and owning the long-term category strategy and commercial roadmap for Mobile on Samsung.com
  • Full ownership of revenue, margin and profitability targets for the Mobile category

Skills and Qualifications

What are your assets
As our new Category Manager E-Store Mobile, you bring solid commercial acumen and a strong command of data-driven decision-making. You have a proven track record in building and scaling product categories in eCommerce environments and know how to improve performance through structured analysis and well-considered optimization.

You are comfortable operating at senior level, moving naturally between strategic direction and hands-on execution. You take ownership of outcomes, make clear commercial trade-offs and collaborate effectively in a fast-moving, international context.

In this role you get exposed to a wide range of stakeholders that require strong relationship building skills. Think of members of the Suwon Office (HQ), European Office, Mobile division and more.

We also request:

  • At least 6 years of experience in category management within an eCommerce environment, including a minimum of 3 years operating in a senior category role with strategic responsibility and P&L ownership
  • Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with data sources such as GfK, analytics dashboards and forecasting tools
  • Proven ability to translate insights into concrete commercial decisions and actions. Activating other team E-Store members and ensure flawless execution of the plans
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functions and levels in the organization
  • A structured, data-driven and performance-oriented way of working
  • A completed Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field
  • Fluency in English, Dutch is a big plus
