A Brief Overview

As a Sr. Supply Chain Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of large-scale complex supply chain projects and smaller contained programs, playing a pivotal role in overseeing and executing projects aimed at improving the efficiency, reliability and cost-effectiveness of our supply chain processes, facilities, and software. You will lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive projects from conception and business case to successful completion including implementation, rollout, and optimization, ensuring that objectives are met with in scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

What you will do

  • Coordinates and leads large-scale complex supply chain projects and small program team meetings to gather and organize project business and technical requirements, user flows, process flows, and inventory flows. Establish and maintain budgets, timelines, issues, risks, dependencies, and constraints.

  • Creates and manages project documentation, including project charters, statements of work, resource requirements and plans, business requirements, business cases, performance metrics, project plans, RAID logs, and status reports to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within customer expectations. Creates and presents project budgets, concepts, and timeline via a Project Charter in order to secure initial project approval.

  • Analyzes business processes and designs improvements that reduce expense and increase customer satisfaction through improved quality, efficiency, and communication.

  • Participates in other related projects and tasks as needed including but not limited to portfolio status meetings with supply chain senior leadership

  • Mentor and coach Project Coordinators and Managers as required, providing guidance on best practices and project management methodologies

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field. Preferred

  • High School Diploma Required

Experience Qualifications

  • 7-9 years project management or related experience
