About the job

This role holds overall responsibility for delivering a strong, consistent customer experience across North Europe. Your focus is on leading and developing an experienced Customer Service team, creating clarity, engagement, and high performance in day‑to‑day operations. Customer Service is a key driver of both profitability and productivity, and you play a central part in simplifying and improving ways of working – always with a clear focus on what creates real value for customers and the business.
