The Role
We are hiring a Technical Recruiter (Talent Partner) to help build the core team that powers Rune’s next stage of growth. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role. You will own full-cycle recruiting across technical and mission-critical roles, partnering closely with leadership to bring in exceptional talent. You will not be responsible for sourcing—we have dedicated support for that—so your focus will be on qualification, candidate experience, closing, and driving hiring decisions forward. This is not a sourcing-heavy role—we are looking for someone who excels at assessing, influencing, and closing top talent.
This role reports directly to the Head of Talent and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-
paced environments and takes pride in delivering results.

What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for 5–6 active roles across engineering, product, and mission-facing functions
- Lead candidate evaluation, interview orchestration, and hiring manager alignment
- Drive candidates from first conversation through offer acceptance with a high bar for quality and speed
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping refine role requirements and calibrate talent expectations
- Ensure a high-quality, high-touch candidate experience
- Manage offer processes, including closing and negotiation support
- Track pipeline health using Ashby (or similar ATS)
- Contribute to improving recruiting processes (~20% of role)
- Support onboarding coordination
