Responsabilidades

  • Ejerce liderazgo funcional y estratégico integrando metodologías ágiles, garantizando el desarrollo del equipo y gestionando su desempeño.

  • Define la dirección estratégica del portafolio, alineando prioridades y objetivos a corto, mediano y largo plazo, con foco en experiencias significativas al cliente.

  •  Experiencia en liderazgo, gestión y motivación de equipos multidisciplinarios para alcanzar objetivos estratégicos.

  • Capacidad para manejar presupuestos, proyectar ventas, analizar riesgos y oportunidades, y planificar estrategias comerciales.

  • Conocimiento en marketing digital, campañas omnicanal, y habilidades para construir y mantener relaciones estratégicas dentro de la industria.
