The Finance Center of Excellence (FiCoE) Finance Partner resides within the US Dia affiliate and plays a key role in support of Commercial activities.  In this role you will be a financial business partner for the Molecular and Donor Screening franchises, and will be a member of the Partnering community.  You will partner with your stakeholders and create valuable impact through this role. Provides excellent finance business partnership to stakeholders and cross-functional colleagues in Molecular and Donor Screening (and potentially other franchises).

  • Provides excellent finance business partnership to stakeholders and cross-functional colleagues in Molecular and Donor Screening (and potentially other franchises).

  • Utilizes, synthesizes, and integrates data to form insights to influence decision making. 

  • Leads and prepares complex financial and business related analyses and research in such areas as financial performance and return on investment. 

  • Navigates networks & matrixed organization to achieve results.

  • Investigates and communicates key insights, trends, and variances to leadership. 

  • Utilizes strong financial acumen to analyze and communicate financial impact to stakeholders. 

  • Supports a broad range of product, market, and financial analyses.  

  • Supports financial closing and procurement activities. 

  • Conducts deal analysis and provides recommendations to support securing opportunities that drive profitable growth.

  • Reviews and approves contract terms and conditions to insure over deal health.

  • Responsible for driving customer profitability by partnering with cross functional stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field; Master’s degree, MBA, or CPA preferred

  • Minimum 8 years of related experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, such as GAAP and/or IFRS

  • Excellent stakeholder management

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Strong financial acumen and business knowledge

  • Demonstrates an ability to influence

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $101,300 - $188,100.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
