As a Sr. Manager, Business Operations, you will report to the Director, Publishing Strategy & Operations in Korea. You will be responsible for driving strategic growth across Riot’s PCB ecosystem, optimizing operations, and enabling cross-functional execution across publishing and product. Responsibilities:

PCB Ecosystem Management: Driving Growth and Strategic Alliances

  • Revenue Generation: Analyze and forecast PCB market and develop growth strategies to lead PCB market share in Korea. This includes identifying new revenue opportunities, optimizing existing monetization models, and forecasting financial performance to ensure sustainable growth for the PCB ecosystem.
  • Market Intelligence: Manage monthly market intelligence reports including PCB and product insights, and playtest for new games. Update overall PCB Playbook with latest industry trends, competitor analysis, player journey, and emerging technologies.
  • Operations Management: Responsible for effective management of all operational aspects within the PCB ecosystem optimizing costs, resource allocation, and ensuring that all processes run smoothly for PCB operations and vendor management. 
  • New Game Installations: Organize and conduct playtest with R&D teams, oversee successful installation and launch of new games. Monitor daily & monthly performance.  
  • Partnerships: Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand PCB ecosystem's influence and capabilities. Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in business strategy and operations, or a top management consulting firm.
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience leading a sizable team. 
  • Experience in leading complex efforts with multiple stakeholders involved.
  • Strong analytical ability and critical thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration skills.
