The AI Enablement Analyst is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for building, testing, and deploying practical AI-powered solutions across Revalize. This role supports the company’s AI transformation by helping teams automate work, improve efficiency, and unlock new capabilities using modern AI and automation tools. 

You will work as part of a small, strategic AI team and collaborate with stakeholders across Professional Services and other business functions to understand problems, assess opportunities, and deliver working AI-enabled solutions. This role is ideal for an early-to-mid career engineer who is excited to learn quickly, experiment responsibly, and apply AI in real-world business environments. 

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy practical AI-powered solutions across Revalize

  • 1–4 years of experience in a technical role (software engineering, automation, solutions engineering, data engineering, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience working with LLMs and Generative AI tools to build functional solutions
  • Familiarity with common GenAI use cases: summarization, extraction, classification, routing, and content generation
  • Understanding of AI limitations (hallucinations, context limits, latency, cost) and how to design around them
  • Experience with Microsoft platforms including Azure, Foundry, Copilot, Teams, and Power Platform

This is a full-time, bonus eligible position.  Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a range.
