Role Summary

As a Customer Success Representative (CSR) at Remodel Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, proactive, and value-rich experience for our clients. You will be the go-to support for organizations and their employees, helping them navigate our healthcare platform, manage renewals, and get the most from their health benefits.

This role combines relationship management, customer support, and solution-focused problem-solving. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a dedicated support contact for clients and their employees, ensuring prompt resolution of questions and issues.
  • Guide organizations through open enrollment and renewal processes, assisting with applications and system navigation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding and continued engagement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and communications to reinforce value and drive adoption of platform features.
  • Monitor client health and flag risk indicators to management with recommended next steps.

Qualifications
