For podcast creators, RAP provides important revenue and a streamlined system for managing complex ad deals. In short, RedCircle is about getting podcasters paid — while helping advertisers grow through podcast ads.

We’re looking for a Podcast Account Manager to join our team, focusing on podcaster support, onboarding, and long-term success. In this role, you’ll work closely with creators to ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience, their information is up to date, and their campaigns run effectively. You’ll be the go-to point of contact for podcasters — answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping them engaged with the RedCircle platform.

This position is based in Los Angeles or Boston and follows a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in the office).

  • Guide new podcasters through the onboarding process, including initial account setup, billing connection, and introduction to RedCircle tools.
  • Conduct regular platform audits to ensure show eligibility and to keep creator information up to date..

  • Schedule calls with creators as needed to address delivery, inventory, or technical issues.
  • Manage the podcast application process and proactively review new submissions for quality and eligibility.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to creators when needed by the sales or account management team.
  • Send initial welcome communications with resources, FAQs, and next steps for new shows.
  • Conduct routine check-ins to review campaign performance, fill rates, and ensure continued platform alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and improve podcaster experience.
