About the Role


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented assistant to support our Content & Creative team, with a primary focus on building and scaling our ambassador program. This role sits at the intersection of community, content, and outreach, and is ideal for someone who understands online creator ecosystems and enjoys direct communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to creators and influencers on platforms such as Twitter (X) and Reddit

  • Initiate and manage conversations with potential ambassadors (small to mid-sized creators)

  • Present the ambassador program clearly and onboard new participants

  • Manage the outreach funnel: track responses, follow up, and maintain organized pipelines

  • Distribute promo codes and guide creators on how to use them effectively

  • Nurture relationships with potential ambassadors through consistent communication (“warming up”)

  • Support creators until they become active, long-term ambassadors

  • Provide feedback to the team on messaging, creator responses, and campaign performance
