Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI Developer with hands-on experience in designing, training, and deploying AI/ML models. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of modern AI frameworks, model development lifecycles, and large language model (LLM) integration.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build intelligent automation, predictive systems, and generative AI capabilities that drive innovation and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and train AI/ML models for various use cases, including NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
    ● Implement end-to-end AI pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
    ● Fine-tune and deploy LLMs (Large Language Models) using frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
    ● Work with embeddings, vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks for intelligent retrieval systems.
    ● Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate AI modules into live applications.
