Our 12-month generalist and specialist program offers you 3 rotations that are each 4 months long. This gives you the opportunity to experience different parts of RACV and meet key leaders as you grow your career. You’ll manage and contribute to significant and meaningful projects whilst working on a final enterprise-wide capstone project with your graduate peers.

Eligibility

To apply, you'll need to:

  • be in the process of completing your studies in mid to end of 2025 (or already completed your studies within the last 2 years)
  • have full permanent work rights in Australia (be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident).

The recruitment process

  • Online application

    Submit your resume, cover letter and a copy of your academic transcript (your GPA). This is our chance to find out more about you.

  • Online interview and assessments

    Complete a 20-minute AI chat interview, and online numerical and abstract reasoning tests. Then, record yourself answering interview questions.

  • In-person assessment centre

    This includes group activities, an information session and the opportunity to meet leaders and current graduates.

  • Final panel interview

    You'll complete a behavioural-based interview with a leader from your preferred stream.

  • Offer

    We'll let you know the outcome of your application. If successful, we'll start pre-employment checks and background screenings.

Can I choose my rotations?

Your first rotation will be aligned to your discipline of study. Rotations 2 and 3 will be a combination of business needs and graduate preferences. Please note that whilst we will look to meet a graduate’s request, this is not always possible.

When do applications open?

Applications for the 2026 graduate program are now closed. Applications for the 2027 graduate program will open mid-2026.
