What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (Master’s, MBA) a plus
  • 6–10 years of experience managing enterprise customer relationships in financial services or fintech SaaS
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance (AML, KYC, CDD) and how technology supports these processes
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS deployment, data security/privacy, and a solid grasp of data science and machine learning concepts
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Experience working across functions (Product, Engineering, Sales, Data Science) to align on client needs
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is excited to help build Quantifind’s APAC presence

The Opportunity We Offer

As Quantifind’s first Customer Success Manager in APAC, you will:

  • Own client relationships across Singapore and the broader APAC region, guiding onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement
  • Serve as the trusted advisor to banks, financial institutions, and government clients, ensuring they realize maximum value from Quantifind’s platform
  • Drive renewals, expansions, and advocacy by demonstrating ROI and embedding Quantifind in client workflows
  • Champion the voice of APAC clients internally, ensuring their needs are reflected in our product roadmap
  • Build scalable processes for customer engagement, reporting, and success metrics in a new market
  • Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams across time zones to deliver on client commitments
