About the Role

PubMatic is seeking a Director, Advertiser Solutions to play a pivotal role in shaping our growth across Germany and the wider DACH region. Based in our Hamburg office and reporting to the Country Manager, DACH, this is a highly visible, strategic position at the heart of our regional go-to-market strategy. You’ll work with leading brands, agencies, and DSPs to drive demand into the PubMatic supply chain, strengthen our market presence, and help advance programmatic advertising in one of Europe’s most sophisticated digital markets.

What you’ll focus on

  • Driving new client acquisition into the PubMatic supply chain, in close partnership with the Country Manager and the wider Advertiser Solutions team.
  • Building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with mid- to senior-level stakeholders across agencies, brands, and DSPs.
  • Balancing new business development with strategic account management to ensure sustainable, long-term revenue growth.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging PubMatic’s product suite to deliver tailored, ROI-driven solutions.
  • Engaging with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives, to expand PubMatic’s footprint across Germany and the DACH region.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Technical Sales, Publisher Sales, Account Management, Global Ad Solutions, and Product teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
