  • Plan and coordinate the daily and weekly agenda of fittings and alterations, ensuring all gowns are ready on time for each appointment.

  • Lead and supervise the seamstress team, ensuring all alterations meet Pronovias’ quality standards and deadlines.

  • Conduct fittings following Pronovias protocols, advising clients on necessary alterations and recommending accessories to complete the total look.

  • Oversee complex alterations and provide technical support to the team when needed.

  • Ensure accurate registration of all alterations performed in the system.

  • Maintain the atelier’s image and workspace, in line with Pronovias’ visual and brand standards.

  • Train, motivate and develop the alterations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
