Job Summary:

Polaroid Americas is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive efficient growth across our key wholesale partners, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Best Buy. This role will lead performance-driven digital marketing strategies and SEO initiatives focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strong ROI across retail media and paid digital channels. The successful candidate will report into General Manager Americas. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with wholesale and revenue goals. 

  • Plan and implement trade marketing programs, promotions, product launches and seasonal campaigns. 

  • Manage multiple accounts with over $2M in annual spend across the full funnel of Sponsored Ads and DSP ads, while maintaining a focus on Amazon DSP and programmatic media buys.

  • Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to inform audience development, optimize performance, and guide full-funnel media recommendations.

  • Partner closely with Account Managers and internal teams to drive unified, cross-functional strategy execution.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across search, paid social, display, affiliate, and retail media platforms. 

  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting. 

  • Own and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROAS. 

  • Manage relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, and key retail accounts.

  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation across targeting, creative, and messaging to improve performance. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, e-commerce, sales, global marketing, and analytics teams. 

  • Implement SEO best practices of optimizing product content, attributes, and enhanced media to align with each retailer’s search algorithm, improve discoverability and conversion, ensure compliance, and drive organic sales performance. 

  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, retail media innovations, and platform updates.

  • Deep, full, and firsthand experience leveraging the full capabilities of the Amazon DSP platform inclusive of 3rd party display inventory, offsite, and STV. 

  • Hands-on experience with major retail or e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy preferred). 

  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing performance marketing budgets. 

  • 1-2+ years of experience in SEO for Wholesale partners. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

  • Experience with managing a relationship between a Wholesale partner and DTC paid search activity in Google ads is a plus.

  • A passion for instant photography and experience using our products is a big plus. 

  • Experience working with Walmart Connect, Target Roundel and other omnichannel retailer ads platforms.
