The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for China will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This position is responsible for driving HR initiatives that support the growth and success of our operations in mainland China. Being a trustable partner of China leadership team, The Senior HRBP will partner with senior leaders to address organizational needs in talent management, performance management, compensation, career development, and employee engagement, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global standards.

  • Business Strategy and Organization Development:
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives in China.
    • Partner with senior leaders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for organizational design and workforce planning.
    • Develop communication and change management plans for organizational changes.
    • Support global/market expansion and site launch plans with strategic HR guidance.
  • Talent Management and Development:
    • Facilitate talent discussions and drive the identification and management of promotions and succession planning.

    • Partner with senior leaders to define and achieve talent-related success metrics, including retention and diversity.

  • Employee Engagement and Organizational Health:
