About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and analytical VP of sales to join Partisia Blockchain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales activities, meeting with major clients/businesses/investors, writing sales reports and designing effective sales strategies. As a blockchain company, the projects will require general knowledge of how blockchains operate. We are a startup in year 3 so this is an opportunity to join relatively early on and have a real influence on the company.

  • Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services.

  • Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals

  • Outlining and managing sales budgets

  • Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating team members to help to achieve the goals
