Position Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is responsible for generating qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. This role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective customers and booking high-quality discovery meetings for Sales Consultants.   • Prospecting: Researching target accounts and identifying key decision-makers with defined ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
  • Outreach: Conducting high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to engage prospective customers.
  • Lead Qualification: Identifying prospect pain points and assessing fit for the product/service.
  • Meeting Booking: Scheduling discovery calls and demos for Sales Consultants, ensuring accurate handoff and context.
  • Pipeline Generation: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified pipeline created.
