The Agency Director fills a critical role at Optimove, leading the Services side of Optimove’s Services-First sales initiative within Sales. This role is responsible for embedding Services as a core part of Optimove’s commercial motion- supporting pre-sales activities, leading hands-on delivery for the first customers' onboarding to a new offering, and owning the post-sale client relationship, including leading ongoing work with the client and acting as a primary point of contact to ensure long-term success and satisfaction, and eventually building and leading a dedicated Services-First team as the initiative scales.
If you have a consulting or professional services background, strong customer-facing and commercial experience, and the ability to build something from the ground up while staying hands-on, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape a new strategic growth lever at Optimove.
Interacting closely with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and senior customer stakeholders, this role requires a strong mix of analytical thinking, commercial acumen, delivery excellence, and leadership. This position provides exposure to strategic enterprise deals, high-level executives, and the opportunity to design and scale a new Services-led GTM model within a fast-growing global organization.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the Services lead for Optimove’s Services-First GTM initiative, owning Services involvement across the full customer lifecycle- from pre-sales through delivery and scale, as well as leading the ongoing client engagement post-sale and managing the client relationship.
  • Partner closely with Sales to support pre-sales discovery, solution design, and deal structuring. Define services scope, packaging, and value articulation, and participate in strategic commercial discussions to support deal success and revenue growth.
  • Take a hands-on role in onboarding and delivering services for the first wave of Services-First customers, ensuring strong execution, early value realization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and refine the Services-First offering, including service packages and engagement models, delivery frameworks, best practices, and success metrics.
  • Serve as a key feedback loop between Sales, Services, Product, and Customer Success to continuously improve the offering.
  • Once scale is achieved: Build, lead, and mentor a dedicated Services-First team.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment, strong execution, and consistent messaging across the organization.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business or a related discipline.
  • MBA – an advantage.
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM Marketing leadership roles.
  • Marketing, CRM, or MarTech industry experience.
  • Strong customer-facing experience, including interaction with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate hands-on while also thinking strategically and building for scale.
