YOUR TEAM

Design sets the bar for the character, tone, and visual impact of our products and is responsible for designing experiences that are intuitive and compelling to use. YOUR OPPORTUNITIES

This is an opportunity to play a critical part in conceptualizing and launching Nuna’s patient and provider experiences. In this role you will:

  • Design AI-first, consumer-facing applications and contribute to Nuna’s patient and provider experiences

  • Develop and communicate a clear, compelling experience design for the product that aligns the interest of all relevant stakeholders

  • Promote user-centric design strategies, utilizing quantitative and qualitative UX research and competitive analysis to inform product recommendations and decisions.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • A passion for designing innovative products that improve healthcare outcomes paired with an enthusiasm to shape a mission-driven design culture.

  • 5+ years of full product lifecycle design experience supported by a portfolio showcasing direct-to-consumer digital product design

  • Demonstrated experience designing for consumer audiences across mobile apps with a preference for having designed responsive web experiences

  • Proven track record as an individual contributor, able to execute and deliver through uncertainty, possessing a highly-adaptable sense of process and strong point of view

  • Mastery of design principles, research methodologies, tools, and best practices

  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma — from layout and prototyping to design systems and handoff workflows

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $140,100 to $175,000 The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, and skillset.
