What You'll Achieve:

  • Handle customer security questionnaires, one-off inquiries, calls and documentation requests from prospective and existing customers.

  • Support complex contract reviews requiring security expertise and escalate appropriately.

  • Cross-collaborate with Sales team to optimize deal cycle from security perspective.

  • Collaborate with Security GRC, Security Engineering, and Legal teams to develop trust artifacts, security content, and scalable response frameworks

  • Manage our customer trust tool to keep the knowledge-base up-to-date.

  • Assist in audit evidence collection for our customer and compliance audits (e.g., SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, BSI C5).

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in security compliance and sales enablement, preferably in-house at a SaaS company.

  • You have experience managing sales enablement tools such as Conveyor, Safebase, Whistic, etc.

  • You have experience establishing team operating rhythms, metrics reporting, SLAs, and escalation frameworks

  • Strong familiarity with common cloud architectures (AWS or similar) and how they map to security controls and audit evidence.

  • Experience interpreting and operationalizing regulatory or customer requirements (for example, financial services, public sector, or large enterprise)

  • Ability to synthesize complex technical and legal concepts into concise, accessible explanations for non-technical stakeholders.
