This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and other activities that connect to a long-term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight. Qualifications

  • Soon-to-be graduate (2026) or graduated in 2025
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in e.g. business development, management, sales, IT, engineering etc.
  • Verbal and written fluency in Danish and English is a must.
  • Passion for recruitment, people, project management, entrepreneurship, the IT industry and the tech community.
  • Self-driven with a genuine interest in building relations and growing Netlight
  • Experience in relevant areas to the role is a merit, but not a prerequisite, eg. sales, business development, recruitment, project management, networking.
