Who you are

  • Around 3 years of hands-on cloud operations experience (infrastructure-focused, not just application-level cloud exposure).
  • Strong knowledge of Azure and/or AWS, with openness to work with—and learn—the other cloud.
  • Practical Kubernetes experience, ideally including cluster setup/management, Helm charts, and debugging workloads.
  • Proficiency with Terraform and cloud CLIs; CloudFormation experience is a plus.
  • CI/CD exposure; GitLab CI is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; German and/or Swedish is a plus.
  • A team player who is humble, open-minded, flexible, and takes initiative.
  • Self-management, drive, and a high level of technical curiosity; you enjoy engaging with consultants around you.
