We are looking for a Manager, Ad Sales who can support our growing sales organization, drive operational rigor for our Ad Sales business in the US, and help shape the future of Netflix Ads. This leader will manage a portfolio of agency relationships and sellers, act as a strategic partner to key agency and client stakeholders, and help develop repeatable, scalable approaches to enterprise-level growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a strategic vision for short, medium, and long term growth, identifying areas of opportunity across the managed portfolio

  • Synthesize and communicate critical feedback to internal partners to influence prioritization for business needs

  • Provide critical marketplace and competitive feedback to inform sales team and internal operations

  • Drive operational rigor for the team as it pertains to revenue/pipeline management and reporting

  • Represent the range of work and outputs from their broader team 

  • Has strong existing relationships across the book of business while demonstrating the ability to add value by unlocking access to additional internal and external stakeholders

  • Highly skilled at cross-functional partnership, organizational rigor, and strategy building to deliver healthy business metrics and growth

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a focus on synthesizing feedback, farming for dissent, and gaining alignment from internal and external stakeholders

  • Deep understanding of Netflix product suite and ability to sell our value proposition at the highest levels of client and agency organizations

  • Highly skilled in negotiating and selling the intrinsic value of a premium offering to customers

  • Accurately assesses strength/development areas for ICs and is able to coach towards successful outcomes

 

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $351,000.00 - $450,000.00.
