ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support across two entities within the Group. This role requires a hands-on professional who can support and manage a broad range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Operations & Administration

  • Provide daily HR support across both entities, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes.

  • Maintain and update accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation.

  • Support HR data management and ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Partner with the HRBPs and hiring managers to support recruitment activities, including job posting, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.

  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the Group.

  • Maintain a database of potential candidates and support talent pipeline development.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a first point of contact for staff queries and escalate complex issues to the Senior HR Consultant where necessary.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programmes, and internal communications.

  • Assist in organising employee feedback surveys and follow-up actions.

Employee Exit & Termination Management

  • Support the HRBPs in coordinating the employee exit process, including resignations, terminations, and contract closures.

  • Prepare and process final documentation such as exit checklists.

Performance & Development

  • Support the implementation of performance review cycles and development plans.

Projects & Reporting

  • Assist the HRBPs in executing HR projects and strategic initiatives across both entities.
