This role focuses on maintaining high-quality content, improving search visibility, and driving digital growth through strong day-to-day execution.

 

Pay Range: Depending on Experience 71,000-100,000

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own digital shelf execution across retailers, ensuring product pages are accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Optimize product content (titles, images, descriptions, keywords) to improve search visibility and conversion
  • Manage item setup and content syndication across platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo)
  • Partner with brand, sales, and creative teams to deliver and maintain content for new items, seasonal updates, and transitions
  • Monitor product pages across key retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc.) and proactively identify issues and opportunities
  • Analyze content performance, search trends, and competitor activity to inform improvements
  • Execute test-and-learns and track results to support optimization efforts
  • Support development of digital best practices and playbooks

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or related field
