Marqeta is seeking a Demand Generation Manager who will drive the performance of our marketing programs for key sales segments. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, ensuring campaigns, content, and creative assets are not only distributed flawlessly but drive measurable outcomes, owning the end-to-end demand strategy for assigned segments, from planning through execution to pipeline impact.

You will be responsible for improving our core KPIs: target account engagement, intent progression, and pipeline generation. By continuously analyzing results and integrating feedback from sellers, you will guide marketing teams to improve programs, optimize campaigns, and maximize revenue impact. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and obsessive about performance. They thrive on testing, learning, and making data-driven decisions that influence pipeline results.

To support Flex First, we calibrate pay to a competitive value according to working location. Compensation is aligned according to three tiers within the United States:

  • National: A baseline tier that applies to most of the geographic territory of the United States.
  • Premium: Slightly elevated from the National tier, and oriented toward a narrower set of higher cost-of-living areas, such as Los Angeles CA and Seattle WA
  • Premium Plus: A tier for the most expensive working areas, like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City.

  • National: $140,600 - $175,700
