The impact of the role:

As our Delivery Manager, you will enable teams to deliver efficiently by facilitating agile ceremonies, ensuring delivery of sprint commitments, and removing blockers that impact progress. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support planning and provide clear visibility of delivery through team metrics and reporting.

On a given day, a Delivery Manager will:

  • Facilitate ceremonies such as Daily Scrums, Plannings, and Retrospectives in a remote and international environment.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure backlog readiness, delivery and prioritization.
  • Monitor sprint progress, team capacity, and delivery health, communicating risks, dependencies, and delivery status to relevant stakeholders
  • Track and analyze delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and sprint predictability to support transparency and planning
  • Facilitate coordination across teams and project stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure alignment
  • Conduct structured 1:1s with team members to maintain alignment and support team delivery
  • Ensure delivery teams operate at a sustainable pace while delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with customer needs

Requirements

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or any other similar role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technology, Business, Management or other related fields
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SAFe methodology will be considered a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and whiteboarding tools (e.g., Miro, Mural)
  • Strong organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with distributed teams and stakeholders in an international environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, as you will engage with colleagues and clients globally
  • Comfortable working with delivery metrics and data to support planning and reporting.
  • Agile or Project Management certifications (e.g., Scrum certifications) are considered a plus
