About the Role

Are you energised by the challenge of opening doors in one of Europe’s most influential markets? As an SDR for the DACH region, you will be the first point of contact for many potential Miro customers. Your mission is to uncover high-potential accounts, engage key decision-makers, and introduce them to the power of visual collaboration.

You’ll be responsible for building a robust pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, multi-threading into key stakeholders, and delivering qualified opportunities to the Account Executive (AE) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape our presence in the DACH market and make a lasting impact on Miro’s growth in this strategic region.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect into established companies and high-growth organizations across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified pipeline opportunities per quarter to fuel AE success
  • Build strong relationships with department heads, project leaders, and IT stakeholders by deeply understanding their specific business needs and challenges
  • Leverage creative outbound strategies—including email, phone, LinkedIn, and video—to initiate interest and spark authentic conversations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with AEs and Marketing to refine regional messaging and uncover new opportunity spaces
  • Use tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator & AI tools to manage your activity, forecast pipeline, and maintain high lead quality

What you’ll need
