Miller Vein is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider for our Grand Rapids territory responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.The primary focus of this role is aesthetic medicine, including patient consultation and administration of cosmetic injectables. In addition, the APP will perform venous-focused medical histories and physical examinations in coordination with supervising physicians and established clinical protocols. The ideal candidate practices ethical, medically appropriate aesthetics and prioritizes patient safety, education, and long-term outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities
Aesthetic & Cosmetic Care (Primary Focus)
  • Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations, including medical history review and assessment
  • Develop individualized, medically appropriate aesthetic treatment plans
  • Administer aesthetic injectable treatments
  • Administer cosmetic vein treatments
  • Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and post-procedure care
  • Deliver a professional, ethical, and patient-centered cosmetic experience
Medical & Venous Care (Secondary Focus)
  • Perform medical histories and physical examinations
  • Understanding venous based ultrasound imaging
  • Document findings in accordance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards

  • Certified Injector:
    • Completion of recognized training or certification in aesthetic injectables

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic medicine
  • Experience performing venous or vascular-focused histories and physicals
  • Additional advanced aesthetic training or certifications
  • Interest in long-term role growth as aesthetic services expand
