    The HR Administrator will:

    ·       Ensures the smooth running of administrative processes in the Human Resources field within their area of competence (terminations, contracts, modifications, transfers/company transfers, geographical mobility, illness, maternity, disputes, maintaining confidential files, etc.).

    1.     Performs non-standardized operations reserved for them or requiring specific knowledge of the file.

    2.     Ensures that the operations of the various parties involved are carried out on time and with the required quality; performs necessary checks, analyzes discrepancies, and informs partners of any anomalies found.

    3.     Anticipates employee life events (end of fixed-term contract, return from absence, probation period, retirement, etc.) together with partners.

    4.     Provides partners with data and/or performs analyses of personal data.

    5.     Provides technical/administrative operational support for the implementation and application of programs, processes, and tools (e.g., changes in the time management system (GTA), personnel management system (inTouch), etc.).

    ·       Develops and responds to all requests from internal/external partners that have not been resolved by the first level of support (Michelin&Moi), in coordination with other process actors, in the spirit of service culture (e.g., payroll, working time, illness, sensitive issues, etc.).

    ·       Measures the satisfaction level of employees within their scope and their internal partners.

    ·       Within their scope, identifies, proposes, and implements improvements, either on their own initiative or as a result of joint initiatives through the HR Administrators network (CRE):

    1.     Communication, training, or improvement initiatives for the documentary database.

    2.     Simplifying operating methods with their partners within the perimeter.

    3.     Identifying opportunities for automation/robotization of certain activities and contributing to their implementation.

    ·       Uses the necessary tools and applications (MS Office) and required working methods (problem-solving, etc.).

    ·       At the request of the hierarchical superior, performs other tasks directly related to the main responsibilities detailed about.
