We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Benefits professional to join our team as a Senior Benefits Advisor. This is not a sales role, but it is a pivotal position as you will be the trusted expert our clients turn to when evaluating and designing their benefits programs for their employees. You will combine deep technical knowledge of small and large group benefits with the interpersonal and analytical skills to guide employers through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.

Position Objectives:

  • Lead benefits analysis and presentations across medical, dental, vision, disability, group life, and voluntary benefit lines for clients and prospects with 2 to 250 employees.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on benefits package design and employee contribution strategy, benchmarking their options against market data and aligning with each company's goals and culture.
  • Manage and mentor a team of two offshore Benefits Marketing Specialists, overseeing their workflow, quality of output, and professional development.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with insurance carriers and general agency partners to stay ahead of market trends and ensure Melita clients receive competitive options.
  • Partner closely with our internal Benefits Support team to drive timely annual renewal decisions and ensure a smooth handoff that enables flawless Open Enrollment execution for every client.
