Role Overview
The Manager, Account Management is a key role in Denmark as we continue to build on our strong success in the local market. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and developing the overall relationship with one or several card‑issuing customers.

Acting as a trusted advisor and partner, you will support customers in building competitive financial services offerings, identify opportunities where Mastercard’s solutions can drive value, and execute against shared commercial objectives in a dynamic and internationally matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship & Account Ownership
- Maintain primary responsibility for managing one or several strategic customer relationships within Denmark
- Build strong, enduring partnerships with key stakeholders at customer organizations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
- Develop a deep understanding of customer strategies, priorities, and organizational dynamics

Sales, Pipeline & Growth
- Drive sales of new Mastercard products, services, and solutions across assigned accounts
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and execute effectively to deliver commercial results
- Identify and execute against mutually agreed objectives aligned to customers’ future strategies

Strategic & Commercial Contribution
